Pastrami on a sourdough bun topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese, sliced marinated mushrooms & a drizzle of mayo + mustard, served with a side of mozzarella cheese sticks.
This amazing melt was the brain child of Chef Johnny Ramirez, and paired best with Pinthouse Pizza’s Electric Jellyfish.
